The Bay House - a stylish and spacious
self catering accommodation in Clonakilty.

This traditional 19th century stone cottage has been beautifully restored and extended to make the perfect, luxury holiday home. Set in a peaceful, secluded spot, its charm is that you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but actually you are very close to the town and to the beach. The Bay House is in an 'Area of Special Interest', with Clonakilty Bay in West Cork home to a variety of rare and wonderful birds.

THE HOUSE

All rooms have a beautiful bay view.

The main bedroom has a glass balcony with spectacular views across the tidal inner harbour.

Another boasts triple aspect windows. There is a ground floor bedroom with ensuite. 

Relax in two lovely reception rooms - one by the fire and another with floor to ceiling windows to take in the view. 

Enjoy meals by the fire in the feature dining room looking up to a double height gallery space. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, microwave, American-style fridge-freezer and coffee maker.

There's also a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs toilet.

Main bedroom with balcony and bistro table and chairs, large feature window, kingsize bed and ensuite with bath and shower cubicle.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 3 on ground floor with double bed and ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 4 is triple aspect.
Bedroom 5 ideal for children/teenagers with bunk bed. 

4 bathrooms and downstairs wc. (3 ensuite and one family bathroom). 3 shower cubicles, 2 baths with showers, 5 wc.
