MAKING A BOOKING
We've been welcoming holidaymakers to The Bay House for eight years - we'd love you to join us!
Booking Direct with us, the Owners, is the best value way to stay at The Bay House. We offer the cheapest rates, with no booking fees or hidden charges.

Short stays are available in low season (minimum 3 nights). Please contact us for details.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday only during high season (minimum 7 nights).
Price includes cleaning, linen, bathroom towels, Wi-Fi and utilities.
OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS:
We ask for a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) to secure the reservation.
The balance of 50% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We ask for a (refundable) damage deposit of €500 to be paid with the balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, as long as everything is in order.
If the booking is within 6 weeks of arrival, the entire rental payment is payable.
Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of your Booking Form and deposit.

Maximum of 10 guests (including children).
Strictly No Smoking.
Regrettably, no pets.
No parties/receptions/gatherings.
Prices quoted include utilities, cleaning, Wi-Fi, linen and bathroom towels.
Complimentary weekly clean and linen change if your booking is for more than one week.

Should you need to cancel, our normal policy is as follows:
Let us know as soon as you can. We will require written confirmation (email is fine).
Cancellation charges are: 50% of the total holiday cost where cancellation notice is received up to 6 weeks before to the arrival date.
100% of the total holiday cost where cancellation notice is received less than 6 weeks before the arrival date.
If we can resell the booking at full price we will refund your deposit minus an administration fee.

We advise you to consider taking out travel insurance which covers cancellation.
